All of these eggs were made by Jodi Smith, in the traditional Lusatian (also known as “Wendish” or “Sorbian”) style of the ethnic Slavic people of eastern Germany.

These two pictures show eggs dyed with traditional natural dyes. Some of these eggs were displayed at the Texas Wendish Heritage Society Museum.
